Fush is how we say fish in Nu Zillan. Based in The Landing in Wigram, Christchurch, Fush takes the concept of kiwi fish and chips up a couple of notches. OK, a whole belt-full of notches. Created by Anton Matthews, Fush could be the country’s first wholly whanau owned chippie. A new concept in delivering excellent kai needed a new approach to the interior, with fresh blue ceilings, exposed ducting, murals and white on blue tiles, it has become a place to champion sustainability, family and friends and te reo.
